A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to secure all rentals. Your reservation is not considered confirmed until payment has been processed.
Full payment is due no later than 15 days before the scheduled event date. If full payment is not received by this deadline, Air Jump Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel the reservation without notice, and standard cancellation terms will apply.
For bookings made within 14 days of the event, full payment is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
Last-minute bookings made within 2-4 days of the event may incur an expedited service fee of up to $100, based on equipment volume, staffing needs, and delivery logistics.
30 days or more before the scheduled event: 100% of your payment will be refunded
15-29 days before the scheduled event: 50% of your payment will be refunded
14 days or fewer before the scheduled event: NO REFUND will be issued
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your rental for a future date, subject to availability. In such cases, any paid amount may be credited toward a new event date within 12 months of the original booking, at no additional charge. Credits are non-transferable and must be used by the original client or booking party.
Please note: Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or text) to be valid. Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
Weather-Related Cancellations
At Air Jump Party Rentals, the safety of our clients, their guests, our staff, and our equipment is our top priority. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone any rental services due to hazardous weather conditions, including but not limited to: lightning, high winds (typically 15+ mph), flooding, hail, and/or heavy or persistent rainfall.
If severe weather is forecasted or imminent on or before the day of your event, we strongly encourage you to contact us as early as possible to discuss rescheduling options. Rescheduling due to weather is permitted at no additional charge, subject to availability, and must occur within 12 months of the original event date.
In the event that Air Jump Party determines, at its sole discretion, that weather conditions pose a risk to safety or equipment integrity, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the rental, even on the day of the event. If cancellation occurs due to weather and rescheduling is not immediately possible, your payment may be held as a credit for a future event.
Please note: Refunds are not guaranteed for weather-related cancellations unless rescheduling is not feasible and at the sole discretion of Air Jump Party Rentals.
Force Majeure
Air Jump Party Rentals shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this agreement if such failure or delay arises out of causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, severe weather, war, terrorism, labor disputes or strikes, utility outages, governmental actions or restrictions, pandemics, epidemic, quarantine restriction, or other public health emergencies.
In such cases, Air Jump Party Rentals shall not be liable for partial or complete failure to deliver services, and any obligations shall be suspended during the duration of the event. Payments may be credited toward a future event at the sole discretion of Air Jump Party Rentals.
The client is responsible for ensuring:
A clear and accessible setup area with adequate space for the rented equipment.
Access to a reliable power source if electrical equipment is rented.
Ground conditions that are level and free of sharp objects, pet waste, or other hazards.
Air Jump Party Rentals is not responsible for damage to lawns, driveways, sprinkler systems, or utility lines incurred during setup, operation, or removal of equipment.
We offer DIY and full-service setup options. If the client opts for setup services by Air Jump Party Rentals, an additional setup fee will apply. If the client chooses the DIY option, they assume full responsibility for proper setup and operation of the equipment in accordance with all provided instructions. Air Jump Party Rentals is not liable for accidents or injuries resulting from improperly installed equipment by the client under a DIY rental.
We reserve the right to refuse setup if the location is unsafe or inaccessible. No refund will be issued in such cases.
If delivery is requested, a delivery fee will apply based on the distance from our facility to the event location and will be clearly stated during the booking process. A cleaning fee may also be charged if equipment is returned excessively dirty or soiled and not in line with the included instructions. This fee will vary depending on the extent of the cleaning required and will be communicated to the client as soon as possible.
By submitting a reservation and/or using our equipment, you agree to waive, release, and discharge Air Jump Party Rentals, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from injury, illness, damage, or loss as a result of your use of our equipment or services, including those caused by the ordinary negligence of Air Jump Party Rentals.
All equipment must be used in accordance with the provided safety instructions and under appropriate adult supervision at all times.
Equipment is to be used only for its intended purpose. Misuse may result in injury and/or damage fees.
No food, drinks, pets, shoes, sharp objects, or silly string are permitted on or near inflatables or other sensitive equipment.
Certain rentals may have supplemental instructions or safety information. It is the client's responsibility to review all materials provided.
The safety of children using our rental equipment is of utmost importance. Clients agree to the following:
Active adult supervision is required at all times while children use any rental equipment.
Age-appropriate use must be enforced (e.g., separating small children from older children on inflatables).
Roughhousing, flips, climbing on walls or sides of equipment, and exceeding weight or capacity limits are strictly prohibited.
Clients are responsible for enforcing all posted and verbal safety guidelines.
Air Jump Party Rentals is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to supervise children appropriately or failure to follow safety instructions. Clients acknowledge that participation in inflatable or physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of falling, collision, or physical injury. Clients assume full responsibility for ensuring that all children using the equipment do so in a manner that is safe, age-appropriate, and consistent with the provided safety guidelines.
By agreeing to these terms, the client authorizes Air Jump Party Rentals to charge the credit or debit card on file for any of the following:
Damaged, lost, or stolen equipment
Excessive cleaning required beyond standard use
Late returns or violations of use policies
Charges will be based on documented condition reports and communicated to the client. Air Jump Party Rentals agrees to notify the client before processing any charges exceeding $100.
Clients are fully responsible for any damage, theft, or loss to equipment caused by themselves, their guests, or event attendees.
Equipment includes, but is not limited to, inflatables, tents, tables, chairs, generators, cords, games, concessions, and accessories.
Charges for damage or missing equipment will be billed to the client’s card or invoiced for payment.
Clients are responsible for enforcing all posted and verbal safety guidelines.
Air Jump Party Rentals and its agents or contractors are not liable for any injury or damage occurring on the client’s property or event location. All liability rests with the client.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Air Jump Party Rentals, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the use or misuse of rental equipment, services provided, or events hosted on the client’s property. Air Jump Party Rentals does not provide liability insurance coverage for bodily injury, property damage, or other claims for the client or event guests. Clients are strongly advised to carry their own event or homeowner's insurance coverage for added protection.
Air Jump Party Rentals reserves the right to refuse or cancel services in situations including but not limited to:
Unsafe or inaccessible setup locations
Inclement weather
Aggressive or intoxicated guests
Failure to follow safety guidelines
Non-payment or breach of this agreement
In such cases, no refund will be issued.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jefferson County, Texas.
